Radford Mill's apple cider vinegar with the mother. Made from apples harvested from their orchard and agroforestry fields. The vinegar is fermented in small batches on the farm for 2 years to reach the peak of flavour and the perfect acidity. They use the lovely weird & wonky apples that can't be sold fresh to reduce waste and make use of all the apples, and all the pulp from processing is composted on the farm. The vinegar is raw, unfiltered, and unpasteurised so it contains all the beneficial and probiotic bacteria. Comes in a 480ml bottle.
